Yoga with Melissa 51 is on listening with your breath. This is the second in an eight-part series entitled, Listening with Your Whole Body. In this class we will listen with our breath to learn what our breaths can tell us about ourselves and our present moment experience. By listening to our breath we can tune into our mind, emotions, spirit and life circumstances. This class is designed to uncover and reawaken to our breath and the information it imparts.
The yoga postures focus on opening up your thoracic spine to make room for your breath with side bends and backbends. The yoga class ends with the hand body mudra series or the sharira mudra series so you can feel your breath in your body.
