Gentle Yoga for Relaxation from Yoga with Bird
This is a 20 minute gentle yoga routine to help you find relaxation from special guest Yoga with Bird.
In this restorative style yoga class we will explore gentle movements and stretches that you can do anytime you feel stressed, anxious or simply need a bit of mind and body restoration.
Restorative yoga styles are especially great to implement into your evening routine to help you sleep better throughout the night.
For this class we will be using 1 yoga block however if you don’t have a block simply use a firm pillow and of course if you’d like to modify have a few extra pillows or bolster nearby.
