Yin Yoga Wall
This 60 minute yin yoga sequence with minimal cues will get into your hips, shoulders and upper back. It is a deep stretch that is calming and will provide you with stress relief. Over 60 minutes we will give you a deep stretch in your upper and lower body through this yin yoga wall sequence. Consider this a full body yin yoga sequence that is deep stretch for your upper and lower back using the wall. At the same time it is gentle yoga at the walm that will leave you feeling calm and relaxed.
We will be holding each of the yin yoga poses at the wall for five minutes.
