Pick A Card Yoga
Pile 1 01:14
Pile 2 26:47
Pile 3 51:38
You loved my last pick a card yoga class and I loved creating it. Today I am creating a pick a card class with the Urban Crow Oracle and the Earthbound Oracle. Links to where you can purchase these decks are below.
Same as before, there will be 3 piles each one represents a different yoga class. Tae a few moments to center yourself and focus on the three card piles. Choose the pile that you resonate with the most and then click on the time stamp in the description for your yoga class.
These hatha yoga sequences are suitable for level 1 or level 2, beginner or intermediate level hatha yoga students. The first two classes are more hatha yoga in style and sequencing. The first class you will need a wall. The second class you will need a yoga strap. The second class is mostly standing postures.
Spoiler! If you don’t want to know what yoga poses are in your classes don’t read below!

I bloom in the moonlight
Thank you for practicing this pick a card class with me Shanley ❤️
I am soothed. That was just the best class for me today. As posted in DYC, life has been out of whack lately. And it has taken 2 weeks to do just one card class! Crazy….I really like the card classes and look forward to practising the other 2 Melissa. Bee breath and Kapalabati breath were great to revisit. Your works and explanations are spot on! Thanks so much. Feeling just so refreshed.
Hi Colleen! I have been thinking about you and wondering how you are doing. I’m so glad to see you here enjoying this class. Don’t worry, life throws us all off at one point or another. I’m so glad you are feeling refreshed. I’ve spent a lot of today coming up with a plan for our community for September, October, November and December called “YogaVision” to help us remember why we practice, to get clear on how our practice can serve our highest selves, how to plan our practice, and how to reflect on our practice so that it works for us. Sounds like it might be timely for you.
Much love, Melissa
Hi Melissa
Sounds very timely! I feel as though I am at a point for some kind of change so it’s unsettling although I have been calmer the last couple of days (time at trailer uninterrupted). This is our place of peace from May to October although we are at home sometimes. I have never enjoyed my yoga practise as much as I do now. Going to do pile 3 now!
Take care
Colleen
It is so helpful to have time away to regroup! Much love, Melissa
