In this 60 minute hatha yoga class, we will slow down to inhabit our bodies so that we can appreciate the extraordinary in the ordinary that may normally pass us by. Following our breath we connect with the miracle of our life. Fluid movements in our bodies open us up to the wonder of our hip joints and our shoulder joints. With a gradual and leisurely pace we will explore the movement of our hips and shoulders in this long hatha yoga class. With a longer hatha yoga class we have freedom and space to celebrate our moving body.
