Evening Routine

This video offers you both guidance and Ayurvedic inspired yoga routines to support you if the stress of your days follows you into the evenings making it difficult to relax and sleep. Ayurveda is a five thousand year old system of medicine developed in the Vedic culture of India. The system of medicine believes that each person has a unique each person has a unique physical and mental constitution called a dosha. Pitta dosha in particular is more prone to stress because of all the pressure they put on themselves to be perfect, to perform and produce with urgency.

In this video I am going to show you how and why we will practice a yoga pose that is calming and relaxing. This calming yoga pose has been hand selected for pitta dosha to help them relax at the end of their busy and ambitious days to help them unwind for rest and relaxation in the evening.

Props Needed: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket
