In some parts of the US kids are already back to school.
My kiddo is heading back to school in a couple of weeks. Since a lot of people ask me for kid friendly juicing recipes I thought I would share with you one of my daughter’s favourite juicing recipes. This juicing recipe is a great immunity boost as kids head back to school to share all their germs. It includes pineapple and grapefruit which are both high in vitamin C. If your kiddo is not fond of grapefruit you could always swap it out for oranges. Remember you can juice the rind of the pineapple for extra chlorophyll. That’s all the good stuff that you get in your leafy greens. I also include a small nub of ginger in Trinity’s morning juice before she heads off to school. This adds an extra boost to her immune system and allows her to fight off all the viruses she will inevitably be exposed to at school. Remember with kids keep it sweet and keep it simple.
