Today we have a special guest: Erin Motz of Bad Yogi. Bad Yogi is all about redefining yoga culture and doing away with the snobbery and pretense that often comes along with yoga culture, so you’ll find this class to be pretty down-to-earth, accessible, and authentic. It’s focused on stress relief, so you’ll leave the class feeling grounded and calm. You can use parts of this flow as a go-to anytime you feel stress come up in your daily life too!
Erin is the Co-Founder of Bad Yogi and a voice of real yogis everywhere. She is also the creator of the Perfect Body Yoga Program, which is centered around the belief that the “perfect” body is simply the healthiest version of the body you already have. In her spare time she’s a wine drinker, cheese eater, and not-your-average yoga teacher. She’s been teaching yoga for over 12 years, but you won’t hear much Sanskrit, she’ll totally forgive you if you don’t know your asana from your elbow, and she believes that yoga is for everyone, from the kale-loving vegan to the prize-winning deer hunter. She may be a Bad Yogi, but if she’s being totally honest, teaching yoga has been one of her greatest pleasures. She practices to feed her teaching, but she teaches to feed her life.
