This yoga practice is about learning to accept what we discover about ourselves with compassion and kindness. We being to love ourselves as perfectly imperfect beings. When we struggle we accept the struggle. Through this practice we can begin to see what is easy for us to accept and what is more difficult for us to accept and how to carry that out into our lives. This class includes challenging balancing postures: eagle and half moon balancing to explore the theme of acceptance.
