I had no idea that luxury designer yoga mats existed, did you?
Maybe your yoga mat is looking a little shabby and you are looking to upgrade. Would you upgrade to a luxury, designer yoga mat? Or are you looing for something more sustainable and higher end because you are committed to your yoga practice and you want your yoga mat to last and be good for the earth. I’m definitely curious about all the different materials for yoga mats, especially ones that are sustainable. I know many of you have been asking me to review sustainable yoga mats.
Should we mix spirituality and profit? Should yoga products be made out of animal materials? I’m looking forward to a kind and respectful debate in the comments.

In this video I share with you 26 yoga poses I don’t do anymore. This video is honestly quite embarrassing. I couldn’t believe that there are over 20 poses that have been dropped from my yoga practice and yoga teaching over the last 25 years. This video opened my eyes to some of the trends in yoga as well as why they got dropped in the first place. It has me thinking about some of the ways that I can reintroduce the yoga poses that I actually love and find value in. Let me know in the comments if there are any poses that you have dropped that are not in the video. In my enthusiasm, I left out a pose, can you guess what it was?
