Sunday I started my week indoors because of all the rain doing some art.
On Monday I had my weekly live class with our members.
I also had a Just Like Me interview Monday morning with one of our members, Donna from Glasgow. I love Mondays because I get to spend a great deal of it face to face with our members 🙂
Tuesday we started filming Yoga with Melissa 354 on Balance outside, but it started pouring rain, so we had to move indoors.
Did I mention it has been raining this week? On Thursday I posted my interview with Jenn Ashton, one of our members and a local artist here on the West Coast in Vancouver B.C. .
Thanks to all of you for your feedback since episode 352 on strength when I read the 2 star itunes review. I appreciate all of your support and encouragement to stay true to myself.
Autumn is definitely here in Victoria. Did I mention the rain? 😉
I had the best walk in Witty’s lagoon. It is so beautiful this fall season. It was high tide so I had to find a different route and different places to discover. The bull kelp is coming into the beaches and it is HUGE at the end of the season. I had to use my huge muscles to hold up the bull kelp. I found new places to explore because the tide was high. I talk about how being flexible with changing plans works out! 😉
Hiking in different seasons is so great because everything looks so varied in the landscape depending on the season.
We got to see otters swimming, hunting, playing and exploring.
I want you to meet Al! Al Smith is another vlogger here in Victoria B.C. We met up this week at Tim’s videographer’s meetup. I have been binge watching his vlogs and you can too!
This has been an amazing week of connection with our earth and with people.
Thank you for watching and thank you for connecting in this way.
