Covid-19 Survival Playlist
About a week ago I asked you what would be most helpful for you at this time during the covid-19 and social isolation. I have put together a COVID-19 SURVIVAL YOGA CLASS PLAYLIST for you.
This playlist of over 30 yoga classes has been created to support your daily yoga practice while you stay at home, social distancing, social isolation. It includes routine, normalcy, ordinary daily habits, like daily yoga. Yoga for strength will support you in being strong in your body, but also mentally and emotionally. Digestion classes will support us in digesting what is difficult to digest in our experience. There are classes to support your immune system. There are teachings on connection, grounding, trust, surrender, and to support you in turning inwards. May these practices be of benefit.
Please feel free to share with your friends and family who may also be staying at home in social isolation, practicing social distancing or in quarantine right now.
