We will explore how edge can inform you and what self knowledge you can receive from your edge. Edge can be described as the place where you receive the most reliable information about yourself. It is a place where you can hear your truth and actually listen. Edge is not necessarily a comfortable experience, but it is not unbearably uncomfortable either. It is an experience where you can tap into your potential strength without pushing your body to extremes. In this class we will explore how to adjust your yoga postures to that just right place where you can receive fuller awareness.
