We live in a world of excessive noise and information overwhelm.
Our bodies, minds, emotions and spirits cannot possibly adapt and so we experience: anxiety, insomnia, poor memory, confusion, and difficulty prioritizing and concentrating.
This is why I have created a 5 day #clearyourmindchallenge to help us digest our lives with a focus on the small intestine meridian and the fire element.
Each day we will practice 1 specific yin yoga pose to bring balance and harmony to your small intestine meridian to help support you in sorting through overfeeding yourself or feeding yourself the wrong things so that you don’t experience physical, mental, emotional and energetic “indigestion”

The challenge runs from
Monday April 19 through Friday April 23, 2021 9:00 am PT to 9:30 am PT on zoom
Each day you will receive an email with a link to the zoom call. Join click on the link and join us for our live call.
We will practice a yin yoga pose with teachings on the small intestine meridian, fire element and how this gets to the root of clearing your mind which will take about 10 minutes and then there will be time for Q & A and for you to discuss your experience.
If you cannot make the live zoom calls we will email the link to recordings of the videos each day along with the reminder for your zoom call for the next day.
Our members will have access to the challenge videos in our video library as part of a larger fire element course along with an ongoing discussion forum. Members will also have the option of small groups of 4 to support them through this five day challenge.
If you don’t have a membership yet, but you would like the extra support of an online forum and the support of a small group of 4 through your 5 day journey, you are also welcome to join our membership community.
And just to let you know, we will continue to be releasing Yoga with Melissa classes every Friday at 9 am PT here on Yoga with Melissa.
