5 Day Clear Mind Fire Element Challenge

In just 5 days I will guide you through 5 yin yoga postures with a  focus on the small intestine meridian of the fire element to #clearyourmindchallenge

Our bodies, minds, emotions and spirits cannot possibly adapt and so we experience: anxiety, insomnia, poor memory, confusion, and difficulty prioritizing and concentrating.

  • Clear your mind
  • Be supported in absorbing nutrients you need to feel mentally and emotionally balanced 
  • Focus on not overfeeding ourselves energetically
  • Offer guidance in not feeding ourselves the wrong things mentally and emotionally

Each day we will practice 1 specific yin yoga pose to bring balance and harmony to your small intestine meridian to help support you in sorting through overfeeding ourselves or feeding ourselves the wrong things so that we don’t experience physical, mental, emotional and energetic “indigestion”

About Dr. Melissa West

Melissa is has been teaching yoga since 2002, on YouTube since 2009. She is currently writing her forthcoming book: The Elemental Self: Five Element Yin Yoga

So far 2020 has been physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically ungrounding. Shei s offering this 5 day challenge to settle and calm our overactive minds and excessive worry.

Through her in depth experience on teaching about 5 element theory, Melissa will lead you through specific actions to encourage the overactive, top-heavy worry that rises up into your head and encourage that qi to anchor down and into the earth.

I can’t make the live zoom calls, how can I participate in the challenge?

We will email the recordings of the videos each day along with the reminder for your zoom call for the next day.

The recordings will be archived in perpetuity for members in our membership community as part of the larger upcoming fire element course. If you are not a member, the recordings will only be available until April 30th 2021. 

What do members get that nonmembers do not get?

Access to the full 4 week fire element course in addition to the 5 day challenge.
Option to have the support of a small group of 4 to support them through the five day challenge
