In this short video we will be exploring how to release fascia in a way that is effective for our yoga practice.
We will begin by answering the questions:
What is Fascia?
What is myofascial release?
How does it work with foam rollers and balls.
In this video we will do some myofascial release of our plantar fascia and see how it affects our yoga practice, specifically downdog pose.
We will check and see if myofascial release of our plantar fascia has any effect on our range of motion through our ankles, hips, shoulder and neck.
We will notice our sense of ease in the pose.
