This is an update about my experience is CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) following a severe wrist fracture and surgery.CRPS is quite common in middle age women. It is also seen in 15% of wrist surgeries. I am 7 weeks post operation in this video. My doctor, Dr. Winston in Victoria BC prescribed oral steroids and expects to see massive improvements in four weeks. I wanted to document the journey for others going through CRPS because I did not see much out there when I was searching for it. This video shows the range of motion in my wrist prior to steroid intervention.
