Irritable bowel syndrome is a long-standing bowel dysfunction that causes bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea and constipation. Those that suffer from IBS can manage this syndrome through diet, stress management (things like yoga and meditation help a lot) and eliminating food sensitivities. Avoiding alcohol, caffeine, refined sugars and flours can be really helpful.

Pineapple helps to aid in digestion. Cabbage is a diuretic. Fennel is calming for your digestive system. Ginger stimulates blood flow to your digestive system and is used to control flatulence. Peppermint will soothe the muscles of your digestive tract.

Juicing for Bloating Recipe

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup fennel
  • 1 nub ginger
  • 1/4 cup mint
