This is a great question. It is always important to seek the help of a medical professional since I am a Ph.D. not a medical doctor. In doing the research for this video I was reminded that sore throats are often caused by post-nasal drip from a cold. The citrus fruits in this juice are high in vitamin C. The cranberry juice is high in antioxidants, they diminish bacteria stuck in your body, and they also help detoxify your body. Ginger is great for sore throats and colds. Garlic’s antibiotic properties have long been known to help with bad colds.

1/2 cup cranberries
nub of ginger depending on taste
1 clove of garlic
