In Yoga with Melissa 12, Warrior Poses,  you will explore your power and personal strength through the warrior poses. This yoga class will connect you with your courage, foresight, intentionality and direction to access your own personal power. You will meditate on what it is like to live from your strengths, fully expressing our talents and gifts and doing what gives you joy. Finding value and meaning in what you do and who you are allows you to set boundaries and limits that give you the freedom to say no when necessary and stand up for yourself and your personal beliefs.
