In Yoga with Melissa 14, Melissa will take you through a series of yoga postures to release the tension that accumulates in your spine. We will begin with a guided relaxation and breath practice to bring awareness to your spine. From there side bends and twists open the individual vertebrae of your spine. Flexion and extension help to open the front and back vertebra of the spine. The practice ends with a series of mudras (yoga postures for your hands) dedicated to your spine.
