Hip and Heart Openers
In episode 19 of Yoga with Melissa, you will be lead through a series of hip and heart openers. The yoga class begins with some gentle movements to release your spine. Poses such as lunge, warrior I and natarajasana open the front of your hips, leading into a series of backbends that lengthen the front of the body while strengthening the back of the body. This simple class will leave you feeling strong, flexible and open.
