Yoga with Melissa 2, Yoga of Awareness. Through various yoga postures we will continually question: What is happening in my body? What is happening with my breath? What is happening in my mind? Awareness is explored through your body, breath and thought. This yoga class begins with a body scan and breath exploration to bring mindfulness to the body, breath and the thinking mind. From this practice we will bring mindfulness into our everyday lives.
