I enjoyed the shoulder stretches…Gomukhasna not my fav. these days..may be because I am tight in my hips however I do see a value it brings 🙂 I have a question on shoulder stand….how do I strengthen my core so that my belly does not look popped out when I am in the pose lol….Namaste 🙂
