Yoga with Melissa 32 with guest yoga instructor Nienke Young starts with a seated guided awareness and ujjayi pranayama or ocean breath. After some rounds of sun salutations or surya namaskar Neinke leads you through stork pose. After stork pose you come to the ground for some gentle vinyasa between bridge pose and knees to chest pose, followed by neck releases. The practice ends with a guided relaxation in savasana or corpse pose.
