This yoga practice is about learning to accept what we discover about ourselves with compassion and kindness. We being to love ourselves as perfectly imperfect beings. When we struggle we accept the struggle. Through this practice we can begin to see what is easy for us to accept and what is more difficult for us to accept and how to carry that out into our lives. This class includes challenging balancing postures: eagle and half moon balancing to explore the theme of acceptance.

This is one awesome class…my fav, was the half moon with the wall….it was a revolution…and was a wonderful feeling to see so much balance in the fullest form and the bonus stability I got. Thanks for your suggestion and wall in my room π There was knee twist to feel some stretch in the groin area…woaahhh that was something π Loved it…though I was far far away from it but the sensation was great π
