Today’s Yoga with Melissa is about choice. Once we become aware and accept that awareness then we arrive at a point of choice. With awareness we ask ourselves questions such as, do I go for quick fixes or habitual reactions? We ask whether our choices support us in our intentions. Do we choose the safe, the familiar and the dependable? In this practice we focus on how we choose to move and be in poses. You are offered several different choices of ways to be in poses. We also choose different versions of the same poses as a way of deepening awareness.
