In this episode we will look at discovering our personal truth. By asking yourselves, what is really true for me right now we begin to distinguish truth from desire. Truth changes as we move throughout our lives so this practice will give us the time and space to ask ourselves: What do I notice is true for me? Where am I headed? What am I leaving behind? The practice will use postures such as eagle for vision and foresight and warriors to help us discover our personal truth.
