Yoga with Melissa 45 is an Introduction to the Ayurvedic Doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. This is the first yoga class in a four part series designed to balance your ayurvedic dosha with yoga. The first class will introduce the three doshas: vata, pitta and kapha with postures dedicated to each dosha. There are grounding postures for vata, heating postures for kapha and cooling postures for pitta. Enjoy!
