Just like last week I thought I would take you with me this week for one of my favourite ways to nurture my shen, or nourish my spirit – time in nature.

You may be wondering what is shen?

Shen is a term from traditional chinese medicine that is a part of our overall energy.

It refers to our spirit, our heart spirit.

Over the next couple of weeks, leading up to a live yin yoga workshop I have planned for our members I will be talking more about shen and what it is.

In our 2 hour live yoga workshop I will be able to go super into depth into it.

In fact we will be calling in the 5 shen through the five yin organ system for balance and harmony.
