Standing All Day Relief
If your feet hurt after standing all day at work on concrete, in the rest of this video I am going to share with you three yoga exercises to relieve your sore feet. This video is all about foot pain relief if you stand all day at work, although your legs and low back will probably get some relief too. When you stand all day at work, the blood flow pools in your feet and the muscles and fascia of your feet get stiff and dehydrated. In this video we are going to do some yoga inspired exercises to get fresh blood flow to your feet, increase the mobility and suppleness of the tissue and muscles around the feet. We are also going to do exercises that will focus specifically on the plantar fascia. These exercises will help reduce the pain you experience from standing all day.
