Cycling is a full-body workout! It is true that your legs provide the majority of your power through your pedaling, however, to stabilize your lower body you need strong abs, back and upper body as well. To cycle you rely on hip flexion and extension, hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, ankles, knee flexion and extension, calves, back muscles, neck muscles, core muscles, biceps, triceps, forearms, and chest muscles. When I asked my cycling yogis what the biggest problems they faced that yoga could help them with they replied: hips, low back, quads, tingling in fingers, shoulders, balance, inner thighs, my body is always in a flexed position, glutes, calves, meditations to stay calm and relaxed. This video will focus on strengthening and stretching the key muscles engaged during cycling as well as cover off all the requests put in by my yogi cyclists.

N.B. We will only be giving access to our videos through our membership community now. It is there that we feel we can adequately support our members through whatever their biggest challenge is. So for example, if somebody buys a yoga for arthritis video, they are missing out on the 23 other videos we have available in our membership community that are available to support you in helping you with hip arthritis! We feel the value is incredible. For the price of 3 videos you can have a quarterly membership and access to over 200 videos. It was just a no-brainer for us to make the switch to be able to support our students better.
