Juicing vs. Blending
I have a question for you. Why do you juice and not blend? Vitamix?
Isn’t some nutrients lost in all of the leftovers in the juicer?

I get asked this question all the time and the answer as far as I am concerned is that there are benefits to both. I juice and I blend. On today’s Thirsty Thursday video we will focus on the Top ten benefits of juicing and on this week’s Smoothie Saturday video we will cover off the Top 10 Benefits of Blending.
