Welcome to a new week. I started my week with some yoga lesson planning. Thank you to all of you who are voting for what class you want next 🙂 I walked to our community center and signed up for Qi Gong classes and then picked up some ingredients for a warming rice pudding that I am going to make for all of you too.
Monday evening with filmed Yoga with Melissa 350. The episode is called Yoga is Not Stretching a Yoga for Flexibility class in Beacon Hill Park.
Tuesday afternoon we filmed for the members. We filmed some brain yoga for them. We filmed two crawling classes and a how to squat class. I speak about the importance of primary movements patterns. On the way home we stopped at Durrance Lake.
On Thursday we took a day trip to Chemainus to visit the murals.

On the way home from Chemainus we stopped in Maple Bay.
Saturday morning we went for a little walk in Finnerty Gardens on the University of Victoria’s Campus.
