In this short video I will talk about myofascial release, what it is and how it relates to yoga. I will talk about the foam rollers and balls that people are using for myofascial release and how those work.
Later in the video we will use the examples of our neck pain and neck stiffness and a myofascial release to explore how myofascial release changes our range of motion, ease of movement and our perception of pain.
