Melissa, I hope you can help me. I have been having horrible cramps during menstruation, and I was hoping you could recommend some poses to help relieve pain. Please and thank you so much for the beauty you have brought to my life through yoga.
One of the poses that I would most recommend for menstrual cramps is wide-legged child’s pose. If you have a bolster that you can use, even better. 🙂
