Hello Melissa, In Australia winter is approaching now. I love the cool breezes. I’ve noticed that in my morning yoga my knees are a little soar. Is there any existing content on yoga for the knees? I have not had any injury so it seems a little odd to have this pain. Any thoughts on this? Could it be diet related?
Thanks so much for your request. I just double checked and this is already on my content request list, so yes, definitely going to do a dedicated class on this. In the mean time I have a lot of classes that will help you indirectly with your knees.

As far as diet, yes, pain in joints are definitely a signal that it is a good idea to look at diet. You know all those videos that I just did on diet and for the Yoga for Insomnia series?
